💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Investment & Project Management teams to analyze market trends and propose investment strategies.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with clients, distributors, and sales partners.
• Oversee the selection and performance of sales units and property management teams.
• Develop and implement sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage customer onboarding, documentation handover (technical files, ownership papers, contracts), and post-sale support.
• Supervise trading floors, distributor networks, and ensure smooth operational execution.
• Prepare pricing approvals for sale, lease, and joint venture opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS     
- Over 01 years of experience in assuming the position of Real Estate Business City .   
- Priority with a certificate of real estate broker, certificate of real estate trading floor management   
- Good planning, operating, and control skills   
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
